• Gameplay data: match entries, answers, scores, ratings, and matchmaking telemetry.
• Device & diagnostic: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, and crash logs.

• To operate matchmaking and match play.
• To secure accounts, prevent cheating and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To support the Services and respond to your inquiries.
• To improve the product through aggregate analysis.

4. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers (hosting, monitoring, communications) operating under contract.
• Other players: your display name and stats are visible inside matches you join.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect the safety of users.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and gameplay records for the life of your account and for as long as required by law. You may request account deletion from in-app settings; certain records may be retained where the law requires it.

6. Your Choices

• You may update your account details in-app at any time.
• You may opt out of marketing communications via the in-app preferences screen.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@triviapot.app.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport, hashed credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please notify us at support@triviapot.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Children

TriviaPot is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Services, contact us so we can delete the account.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and require re-acceptance before continued use of the Services.
