1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating a TriviaPot account or using the TriviaPot mobile app, web site, or any related service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based real-money contests are legal. We may restrict access from any jurisdiction at our discretion.
You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Skill-Based Contests

TriviaPot offers head-to-head trivia contests where outcomes are determined by player knowledge and response speed. TriviaPot is not a game of chance.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@triviapot.app of any suspected unauthorized access.

5. Deposits, Wagers & Payouts

Deposits are processed by our payment provider and credited to your TriviaPot wallet.
Entry fees are debited from your wallet at the moment a contest is matched. Prizes are credited at contest settlement.
Payouts to your linked bank or card are subject to identity verification, applicable holds, and processor limits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use bots, automated tools, or external assistance to play.
Collude with other players to influence contest outcomes.
Maintain more than one account.
Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Services.

7. Responsible Gaming

Please play responsibly. See our Responsible Gaming guidelines for tools and resources, including deposit limits and self-exclusion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from the in-app account settings.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriviaPot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and require re-acceptance before you can continue playing.
