Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating a TriviaPot account or using the TriviaPot mobile app, web site, or any related service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Gameplay

TriviaPot offers live multiplayer trivia matches where outcomes are determined by player knowledge and response speed.

4. Virtual Currencies & Items

• Gold and Emeralds are in-game virtual currencies earned through play. They have no monetary value, are not redeemable for money or anything of value outside the Services, and cannot be sold or transferred.
• Match prize pools, cosmetics, power-ups, and other in-game items are virtual features of the Services, provided under a limited, revocable license and not owned by you.
• We may adjust, reset, or discontinue virtual currencies, balances, or items at any time as part of operating and balancing the game.

5. Account & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@triviapot.app of any suspected unauthorized access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automated tools, or external assistance to play.
• Collude with other players to influence match outcomes.
• Maintain more than one account.
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from the in-app account settings.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriviaPot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and require re-acceptance before you can continue playing.
